Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., expressed the possibility of contemplating a future venture into public office.

“I love my country and maybe one day I’ll serve my country in one capacity or another,” he said in a Bloomberg Television interview at the bank’s annual Global China Summit in Shanghai.

Currently, his primary focus remains on his position as the head of the largest bank in the United States, which he is content and satisfied with. Nonetheless, Jamie Dimon has long been associated with speculation about a potential candidacy for the presidency of the United States.

“But, I love what I do,” he said. “I think JPMorgan does a great job for helping Americans, for helping countries around the world.”
